Jessica Aulisio, DVM CVA
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Jessica Aulisio has always fostered an interest in animals and veterinary medicine. Although she started as a Kennel assistant here at Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital, she gradually worked her way up to veterinary technician thanks to the mentorship she received prior to entering veterinary school.
Dr. Aulisio graduated from Rutgers University’s Cook College, and then attended Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in California. This is where she acquired a fascination in acupuncture, which inspired her to complete the Chi Institute of Chinese Veterinary Medicine’s Acupuncture certification course in Florida. She made many stops along her journey in the veterinary profession before finally returning to Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital, where we are ecstatic to have her caring for the pets of her hometown.
Dr. Aulisio is the proud owner of three Yorkshire Terriers: Sandy, Rosie, and Frankie; and two horses: an Appaloosa mare, Piggy and Percheron mare, Zoey. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jim, and caring for their horses, reading, cooking, and training for bicycle races.
