At Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital, we pride ourselves in offering personalized care for our clients and patients. Appointment times are reserved to accommodate your needs. Late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancelled appointments without sufficient notice, create a gap in our providers’ schedule. These are appointments that could have been utilized to offer care to another patient in need.
Appointment Deposits:
We require a deposit upon scheduling for all surgical procedures and ultrasounds. A receptionist will notify you upon scheduling if your appointment type requires a deposit. The deposits are forfeited if an appointment is cancelled last minute or missed. Your deposit will go toward your visit otherwise. For deposit amounts please call our office.
Late Arrivals:
We will try to accommodate late-comers in the best manner possible. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, our care team will formulate a plan to accommodate the late arrival. This may lead to an extended visit (with an associated fee), drop off appointment, or you may be asked to reschedule.
Last Minute Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
We require 24- hour notice on all in room and nurse appointments and 72- hour notice on procedures, drop offs, and ultrasound appointments. As a courtesy to our patients, we attempt to confirm all appointments. We do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; however, it is imperative that you make every effort to notify our office in a timely manner. Certain appointments require a deposit to schedule as stated above, and will be forfeited if proper notice isn’t given.
We ask for your consideration and cooperation in scheduling your next appointment. Please understand that we are partners in your pets’ care and we are committed to offering them exceptional care.
